Hussein Sokoni is a litigator who is driven by client-focused advocacy coupled with exceptional legal knowledge and skill. Hussein Sokoni represents a wide variety of clients including private companies, financial institutions, small businesses, and individuals. His practice focuses on business, commercial, contract, criminal laws, civil laws, real estate, family laws, taxation, employment, and labour-related matters and construction disputes. He is licensed to practice in High Court and before the courts subordinate thereto.

Since joining Pegasus Legal in 2021, Hussein Sokoni has resolved matters for businesses, insurance, family laws, intellectual properties, constitutional and administrative laws, probate and administration of estates, conveyancing, employment and labour relations, civil and criminal matters including the following:

  • Contracts between general contractors and sub-contractors;
  • Duties and responsibilities of directors and members of proprietors’ associations;
  • Business formation, including business structure, state registration, and tax consequences for Limited Liability Companies and S-Corporations;
